Additional details regarding your order:

All orders:  If you've paid via credit card (non-Paypal), you should receive a receipt from the credit card processor, Stripe.  In addition, my photo web host will also send you an itemized receipt of your purchase.  Please email us at kirsten@klchildphotography.com if you have not received the itemized receipt within 60 minutes.
 

Digital orders: If you have purchased digital files, an additional email containing the direct download link to your purchase will be sent to you upon purchase.

 

Some web servers unfortunately label the automated system emails as spam and may block them from getting to your inbox.  If you do not receive either your itemized receipt or your download link within 60 minutes, please send an email to kirsten@klchildphotography.com and schools@klchildphotography.com accordingly; kindly include your child's name and school name in the email.  

 

By emailing us, we can ensure that we can email them directly over to you ASAP.

Print orders: Print orders placed by a school's deadline will be shipped directly to the school approximately two weeks after the school's order deadline has closed; your child's teachers will distribute the print orders accordingly.  Of course, if you have any questions regarding your print order, please do reach out to us using the email addresses on this page.  We are happy to check in on your order and keep you updated as needed.
